Shipping and Packaging:

We have had good experiences with the relevant consignors but decided ultimately on the basis of the overall concept for Deutsche Post and DHL. Post and DHL have simply the best infrastructure with their many HUBs.

And because we believe that from a certain purchase value the shipping must be free, we offer you from a purchase value of 50 Euro the free shipping with the Deutsche Post or DHL. You only pay an amount from 0.85 Euro or depending on the paddle or the selected shipping method.

Packages are normally delivered on the day of payment, but no later than 2 business days after receipt of payment by Deutsche Post or DHL, with traceability (signature) or with delivery without signature (for example postal letter). ATTENTION: The shipping time can be up to 1.5 weeks, depending on quantity and stock, for special products and large quantities (more than 30 sets)! The nature of the shipping (with or without shipping insurance) you determine at the conclusion of the purchase. This also applies to the event that you prefer to receive your items by registered mail. Additional costs arise. Please contact us before you choose a delivery method and are still undecided. We will send you a link to confirm which delivery method you choose.

The shipping costs include packaging fees as well as the shipping costs. The transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several articles within an order. We always make sure to put two or more different orders together. The shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package will be shipped at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with particular care.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the State as a delivery place, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.
Order for items with different delivery times

If you place an order with us within the scope of an order for several items for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the item of your order with the longest delivery time applies.
